Keystone Fly Guides will be opening our inaugural season with some exciting trips in 2015. Our trips will include:
Spring steelhead trip to Erie in April 2015.
This trip offers a great early season experience for to the Lake Erie tributaries for “dropback” steel and fresh spring run fish. Fly anglers of any level will gain the skills they need to efficiently find fish and effectively deliver their flies.
Chasing Drakes – Late May 2015, central PA
This trip introduces the fly angler to the legendary Green Drake. This is a “search and destroy” trip that teaches the fly angler how to find the hatch and the fish that make it one of the most well documented hatches in all of fly fishing. The Green Drake is a hatch that can be fished and enjoyed through several fly fishing techniques including dry fly, emerger, nymphing and our favorite – traditional wet fly swinging. This hatch teaches the fly angler how to adapt and we love sharing the lessons with our clients.
