Here’s to 2019 and the possibility of drying off.

While we still don’t have official rainfall amounts from the National Weather Service in State College (due to the government shutdown) we can unofficially, but assuredly, call 2018 a wash for many of us. And given the impressive amount of wet stuff that fell on our fair commonwealth last year perhaps now is as good as a time as ever to look at what life looks like underwater.
